Last week I said a fond farewell to our old Board of Directors, and this week I'd like to say ‘Hello' to the new!

Welcome to the new board - it's very exciting in the evolution of the board that we have two non-shareholders, who are coaches within our business sitting on the board today. So, a warm welcome to John Rosling (aka Bob the Builder), John Bacon - (aka Action Man), Fergus King, Richard England yours truly. We are all extremely excited about the prospect of working with Darren and Glyn as we grow this business and deliver on the context of ‘Abundance' that we have set ourselves.

The other wonderful thing at the conference (see last week's entry) was the realisation that our business is starting to enjoy the energy of ‘Good Times' and that largely the business is built.

Last week I also completed a sales call with a new client - this is noteworthy as it's a referral from one of my current relationships. It is so wonderful to have the trust established with the introducer network that they pre-sell us in such a positive way!

I'm due to start working with them ASAP - watch is space.

It was great to be with Jim at the sales call and experience this. Also more interesting to see the culture of the business - who will always help a mate out when needed. I look forward to further installments.

Gotta love working in our business when we can get on the skype and connect with one another. Jim, our chat last week was wonderful and Denis and I got so much out of it. Thanks for some great distinctions re Marketing internally vs externally, not to mention all the other stuff we went through. Leveraging the combined knowledge and experiences in the UK and in Oz is great. And having a good old yarn around it all is wonderful too. Looking forward to catching up when you are next in Australia(or as they say in the UK "the antipodes").
