This week, I presented to a group of clients on behalf of a key referral relationship - the sessions are working beautifully. The referrer loves it, as their clients are enjoying the sessions and gaining fresh insight into how they might manage their business differently by considering both the commercial and cultural elements of all their strategic choices. And the clients are approaching us directly to discuss coaching support, which is a wonderful outcome. The coaches love it as it is helping to develop their client base and referral networks in a really positive and proactive way. I love it - as it is providing a fresh challenge and is helping me grow as a person both professionally and emotionally.

Later in the week we had our own conference for the UK business. This is similar to the one I attended for the US business last week, except that I found myself running about half of the conference, which was a bit unexpected! I worked perfectly though, as it allowed me the space to grow and develop and also get clearer about what my role should evolve into moving forward.

It was also a wonderful chance to also acknowledge all of the work that our CEO / Chairman / our old Board have achieved over the last two years. So I'd like to say a special thank you to Darren as Chair, Glyn as our 1st UK CEO, and Mark Riminton, Nic Rixon, Adrian Bray, Les Kalas as our board.

I'd like to say thank you to everyone for making my day at your Conference so interesting and enjoyable. I arrived as a prospective Coach and left with a real buzz. I was amazed by the honesty, openness and genuine interest in helping colleagues.

Thanks James, It was great to be acknowledged as part of the board and to receive the gift of the 6 charactures of the board members - especially dressed as the Cat in the Hat!! I am looking forward to the new Board developing on the platform handed over and know that the business is in excellent hands of the new board.
