What I Did:

I spent three days with Nic, Linda, Peter and Clare working with some of the newest Shirlaws coaches - the guys that are starting our Shirlaws business in Spain. This was a wonderful experience both commercially and culturally. The Shirlaws coaching business is reaching another milestone by starting to build a business in a country where English is the second language. It was fantastico to support Nic and Linda, sharing moments of hysterical laughter and moments of an extremely challenging nature. I can't acknowledge the guys enough for the value that they are adding to our coaching business.

Now that we are moving into Spain, I am sure that Nic would love your support by letting him know if you have business contacts there or if you're interested in joining Shirlaws Spain as a coach.

I also started work with a client and distribution source on behalf of one of my mates. This was, for me, a great way to give a fellow coach some help and to change someone's life. The simplicity of following Six Steps and creating space for someone to process their true feelings was demonstrated again as this business owner walked in ready to give up his dreams of building a bigger business. Instead, he walked away with clarity as to how he could achieve that dream.

I can't encourage my fellow coaches enough to use Six Steps as a way of collecting all the content information at a ‘facts and feelings' level, and then simply allow the client to work through the issues at a contextual level by helping them get into context. Use a framework and the client will do the rest, they always have the answers

What I Learnt:

That our business value is growing at an ever-increasing rate as we take more and more market share in the business coaching space; that language is not a barrier to how people feel; and that there is a young man in the west country of the UK enjoying a new relationship with himself, his wife, his son, and his business partner.

What I Felt:

Extremely excited and proud of the work that Nic and Linda are doing in Spain; very energised about all the referrals that are now flowing back to me; very clean about my giving to others with no attachment; and that I do change people's lives...and that I'm living my intent.
