Holiday Reflection

I used my holiday time to reflect on the past year - in both commercial and personal terms - to work through what I should set as my personal context for the coming year.  This always helps me to set my business goals and ensure that they are aligned with my personal context. It's amazing how a holiday can change your perspective.
