This week, I presented to a group of clients on behalf of a key referral relationship - the sessions are working beautifully. The referrer loves it, as their clients are enjoying the sessions and gaining fresh insight into how they might manage their business differently by considering both the commercial and cultural elements of all their strategic choices. And the clients are approaching us directly to discuss coaching support, which is a wonderful outcome.
