What I Did: Summer in Richmond is wonderful time, and perfect to play host to our contacts. It never ceases to amaze me how people just love spending time with us - individually and as a business.I started work with two new clients, both with a different mix of people. What I Did: I completed a fact find with a client based in Dubai. This is a new client that was referred to me by a premium UK accounting firm.I also completed a full week of coaching - a week of back-to-back days of coaching, in fact! I ran Six Steps, got the agenda, positioned the relationship and the day, ran a fact find and provided the SPACE to allow the client to find their own solutions.Having the team format is allowing me to work completely differently than in the past. What I Did:I spent three days with Nic, Linda, Peter and Clare working with some of the newest Shirlaws coaches - the guys that are starting our Shirlaws business in Spain. This was a wonderful experience both commercially and culturally. The Shirlaws coaching business is reaching another milestone by starting to build a business in a country where English is the second language. It was fantastico to support Nic and Linda, sharing moments of hysterical laughter and moments of an extremely challenging nature.
