Roger Philby, founder and CEO of Chemistry Recruitment, has always known where he wanted to take his business. His vision has always been big too, to change the way recruitment is done and transform the industry's poor image in the process. 

Since launching in 2003, things had been going well. Roger and his team had been, as he puts it, "having a blast." The business hadn't really gone anywhere towards his vision though; it had taken a lateral path rather than a vertical one. But that was ok as everyone was enjoying the ride.
