Tom is Chairman of Shirlaws USA and one of our founding partners.  Based on his success in sales, team building, creating and overseeing strategy at Board level, Tom brings a depth of exceptional experience to his clients.  He is able to understand our client's commercial and cultural issues in today's competitive business environment.

Over the last 20 years Tom has invested extensive time in studying business design, strategy and coaching. This background has allowed him to design relevant and influential coaching programs for his clients.

Tom's background includes 24 years as a commercial real estate broker. He was awarded investment broker of the year for Silicon Valley in 2000 and 2003 and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2002. Tom created successful teams working locally, regionally and statewide in California.

In addition, Tom has founded Sterling Advisors and was an active board member for Colliers International for seven years, serving as acting Chairman of the Board for two years.
