Fiona Mackenzie

Fiona is an experienced business coach who understands the value of clear strategy and active relationship management. She works with mid-tier businesses and corporates across a range of professional, financial, creative and other industries. She is passionate about her clients' business and personal success, and she empathises with the challenges of running a business, having co-founded Shirlaws New Zealand between 2005 and 2007.

Prior to joining Shirlaws in 2003, Fiona enjoyed a successful career in wealth management and financial planning. She has held senior roles in marketing, product and business development at Macquarie Bank and Bridges Financial Services and as a business analyst at the Commonwealth Bank. She has a solid academic background with an Executive MBA and Change Management Qualification from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Economics and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.

Fiona offers her clients a relationship built on trust that creates the opportunity for change. She also loves family, fitness and fun and generally prefers a bulky biography to a pulp fiction!
