Guy joined Shirlaws in 2003 and specialises in helping organisations understand their true capacity and how to achieve greater productivity through clearer organizational structure.  He has helped a wide variety of companies in industries as diverse as financial services, contract employment, quantity surveying, training, accountancy, legal, manufacturing, chemicals and PR and ranging in size from a few employees to several hundred.

Before joining Shirlaws Guy was Managing Director of GFI helping business raise finance and restructure their operations to better support their growth strategies.  This was born out of his involvement in the Internet technology boom starting with a software development company and then moving into online recruitment which resulted in a flotation on the NASDAQ and then developing a business to run the world-wide domain name.  His career started with IBM where he worked in product support and sales, both direct and indirect, through dealers, agents and distributors.

Guy lives near Henley-on-Thames and is married with two young children.  In his spare time he enjoys skiing, fine wine and playing golf.
