Nat Olaiya

Nat Olaiya

Nat joined Shirlaws in 2003. He focuses his coaching on businesses/individuals who still want to achieve growth despite the current economic environment. Mindful of the challenges of today he coaches businesses on how to create a solid foundation whilst preparing for sustainable growth and how to use the recession as leverage rather than a hindrance.  Nat enjoys working with entrepreneurs because of the high energy that they produce and demand.

Prior to joining Shirlaws, Nat had five years of coaching experience across ‘blue chip' and SME organisations founded on a successful career as a Civil Engineer and Project Manager.  Having operated his own property-based business and consultancy practise, Nat understands the sometimes ‘roller-coaster ride' of being a business owner through good times and bad.

Nat has a degree in Civil Engineering from Oxford Brookes University and an MBA from Henley Management College.  He is a keen sportsman and enjoys cycling, football and rugby and has represented England in Tae Kwon-Do at the World Games. Nat is an active member of his local community and sits on the Parish Council.
