Nat Olaiya

Nat joined Shirlaws in 2003.  He coaches clients across strategic, revenue and productivity issues. Nat focuses his coaching on businesses and individuals who want to achieve rapid growth through transferring key business skills to staff and implementing core disciplines.  He enjoys working with entrepreneurs because of the high energy that they produce and demand.

Prior to joining Shirlaws, Nat had five years of coaching experience across ‘blue chip' and SME organisations founded on a successful career as a Civil Engineer and Project Manager.  Having operated his own property-based business, Nat understands the sometimes ‘roller-coaster ride' of being a business owner.

Nat has a degree in Civil Engineering from Oxford Brookes University and an MBA from Henley Management College.  He is a keen sportsman and has represented his country in Tae Kwon-Do, a Korean martial art and has taught this discipline at a high level. He is an active member of his local community and sits on the Parish Council.
