Though Max has spent the better part of his career in the business world, his greatest strength is his ability to help people reach their full potential.  Max joined Shirlaws after numerous years on Wall Street and in the technology sector.  He has coached clients in the U.S, Europe and Latin America across a range of industries including financial services, real estate, legal, information technology, music, architecture and retail.

Max's professional career ranges from multinational corporations to start-up companies.  As an investment banker, hedge fund analyst and technology executive, he has been involved in all aspects of a company's lifecycle including strategic planning, operations and corporate development.  Max has extensive experience in capital raising and has been an angel investor, board member and advisor to numerous companies in the U.S. and Latin America.

Max received his BA from Brown University and his MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation.
