Tracy joined Shirlaws in 2006.  She enjoys the challenge of working within the unique cultural environment of each client, to achieve growth in profit, revenue and overall life satisfaction - all three being indicators of a successful project for Shirlaws clients!

Prior to joining Shirlaws Tracy was a consultant responsible for business strategy, developing and implementing IT systems and supply chain management initiatives.  Her clients included British American Tobacco (Switzerland), Sega, the UK National Health Service (NHS) and various small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).  She worked primarily with Accenture although she also ran her own consulting business.

Prior to her consulting career, she spent nine years working with Fonterra in product and business development across New Zealand, Morocco and Europe.  

In late 2005 she relocated to Auckland to bring up her family in New Zealand.

Tracy holds a Diploma in Management from the UK Open University, a Diploma in Dairy Science and Technology from Massey University, as well as an Honours Bachelor Degree of Biotechnology and Bio Process Engineering, also from Massey University.
