Steven Gear-Evans
Steven joined Shirlaws in 2007. Prior to joining he developed his own Supply Chain consultancy company and focused his support to customers in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Steven's expertise is in coaching people through change management and he has 20 years' experience in strategic procurement, project and change management and supply chain implementation around the world. His industry bias for the last 20 years has been pharmaceuticals. Steven started his career in procurement at Nestle before moving to Philips Electronics and then to GSK.
Steven is passionate about his hobby of yacht sailing, both racing and cruising, and he enjoys enabling crews to get the best out of themselves.
