Oliver loves to see his clients succeed and create a life of choice. He loves connecting them with their commercial and cultural vision, creating energy shifts and alignment and seeing them integrate new tools in both their business and personal lives.  Oliver focuses on vision, strategy and leadership and loves to work his experience and insights into presentations, workshops and strategic reviews or one-on-one coaching for CEOs and senior managers.

Swiss by birth, Oliver joined Shirlaws in 2001 after arriving in Australia with almost two decades of business experience across four countries behind him. His experience ranges from consulting to the large corporations of Dow Chemical, IBM, Gillette, and the Swiss Bank Corporation, to rapid successes in his own enterprises in Japan, Asia and the U.K.

Oliver has an MBA from St. Gallen in Switzerland with post-graduate qualifications in Strategic Market Management and Marketing from U.C. Berkley. He has played National League European Handball, been an officer in the Swiss Army and performed on stage at the Edinburgh Festival. Oliver now lives a stone's throw from Bondi Beach with his family and enjoys a hard game of squash, a good rumble with the kids and a good surf.
