Vanessa Fudge

Vanessa is a senior coach and currently works with businesses spanning the fields of marketing, finance, legal, accounting, IT, recruitment, medical, telecommunications and tourism/hospitality. She works with CEOs, executive teams, partnerships and boards to fulfil their love for business. She is also a member of the Shirlaws Australia leadership team and is responsible for coach training nationally.

Prior to joining Shirlaws, Vanessa ran a change management consulting firm and advised corporations on their strategic change processes in the fields of finance, banking and insurance and federal and local government.

Vanessa is a registered organisational psychologist who also has over 10 years' experience in relationship management and business development in IT. She is the mother of one child and her partner, David, also works at Shirlaws.
