Breda Ferarrio
Breda has been a Shirlaws coach since 2003. Prior to joining she had spent three years building a successful consultancy business specialising in people development and cultural change.
Working predominantly with small and medium sized businesses across the UK and Europe, the consultancy offering support in managing change, coaching in management and personal skills and group facilitation.
Before starting her own business her career spanned the audio-visual, media and pharmaceutical industries including the BBC and GlaxoSmithKline. Her primary experience was working with organisations going through major change programmes - developing and implementing people strategies which maximise individual, team and organisational effectiveness.
