Michael Ahie

Michael is the CEO and a founding partner of Shirlaws New Zealand Ltd. He is also a director of Shirlaws Coaching Ltd and Shirlaws Pty Ltd.

Michael has broad international business and governance experience with multinational companies including roles in sales, marketing, global strategy and business unit management. He held senior roles with Toyota New Zealand Ltd, the New Zealand Dairy Board and Wrightson Ltd. He uses this experience and his understanding of the macro issues that businesses face in his client work. Michael brings a passion for his country and is dedicated to the commercial and cultural success of organisations in New Zealand to take to a world stage.

Michael completed the Executive Development Programme at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and received his First Class Honours Degree from Massey University.

Michael lives in Wellington, New Zealand with his wife and their two sons.
