Margaret Carman

Margaret has been a Shirlaws coach since 2007, heading up the Shirlaws (UK) expansion across the North West. Working with small and medium-sized businesses as well as multi-national corporations, from the manufacturing industry to financial and service sectors, she offers support in managing change, coaching in management and personal skills and group facilitation.

Prior to joining she had spent sixteen years building a successful coaching and consultancy business specialising in developing peoples' potential and managing cultural change.

Her style is enthusiastic, informal and proactive and she has gained a reputation amongst her clients as an inspirational facilitator of change.

Before starting her own business her earlier career spanned FMCG manufacturing, retailing and management consultancy with Grant Thornton.
