Charmion Ingram joined Shirlaws in 2006.  Her passion is to "tap the potential" of the people in the business, allowing it and its people to achieve professional and personal skills and objectives.  She works with SME and mid-tier business clients across many different industries including manufacturing, financial services, agriculture and food service.

Charm has strong skills in resource management, company workflows and business operation which have allowed her to address procedural and cultural blocks within the business, freeing them to achieve their outcomes.  Her recent projects include re-designing functionality, building sustainable relationships in business and alignment of vision with business stakeholders.

Prior to joining Shirlaws, she had built up a successful cake and biscuit manufacturing business, where she proved to be innovative and a market leader. Charm has a Bachelor of Financial Administration from the University of New England and is currently enrolled in the Masters of Business Coaching at the University of Wollongong, Graduate Business School.
