Joe joined Shirlaws in 2002.  He brings strong business acumen, commercial experience and a lifetime of sales skills to Shirlaws. Joe's coaching strengths include ability to "cut through the nonsense", a sense of humour and the ability to connect with and coach staff at all levels of the business from Directors and CEO to the cleaner. He loves seeing clients' confidence increase and how this is reflected in increased revenue and profitability for his clients.

Joe's career includes working in technology, sales and distribution for various financial institutions and NASDAQ listed companies. Joe is also a shareholder and team leader in the Australian business.  He has worked with clients across a range of industries including IT, Accounting, Financial Planning, Real Estate, Engineering and Building.

Joe's primary focus before Shirlaws was in the development and management of distribution networks across Australia, South East Asia, Korea and Japan as well as running his own consulting business in Australia and the UK.

Joe is often called on to facilitate at conferences and strategy days as well as developing sales and marketing strategies.

Joe has a strong sporting background having played Rugby at a senior level in three countries.  He has also been a coach and director of Eastern Suburbs Rugby Union Club in Sydney. He can often be seen surfing at Bondi Beach when not spending time with his wife and three children.
