EG joined Shirlaws in 2007.  He loves to work with people, supporting them during the various stages of the business development process.  He particularly enjoys helping his clients achieve a multiple return on investment and achieving their business vision.

Originally from Germany, EG has 21 years of international corporate experience with seven years spent with Austria's largest private bank. He also spent fourteen years with The Coca-Cola Company holding senior positions in Customer Service, IT&T, Business Development, Operations Development and Strategic Business Planning.  He has lived in Africa and Asia as well and Europe and Australia, and has experience of working in 35 different countries.

He relocated to Australia in 2000 where he established his own business providing management consulting with an emphasis on customer relationship management, business development and business process engineering. He also became a founding partner of three successful businesses: a technology company, a publishing company and an Engineering company.

Egbert holds an MBA (Exec) with an Emphasis on International Business, certifications from the Austrian Management Academy, IBM College Austria and from The Coca-Cola Company in Customer & Distribution Services, Demand & Operations Planning, Project Management and Business Leadership & Management.

Egbert loves his family, nature, sport, a good meal and a good glass of wine.
