David joined Shirlaws in 2003.  He is an experienced business coach working primarily with mid -tier companies to help them to achieve profitable growth. 

David has experience in setting up and running companies in the mid-tier sector and understands the commercial and cultural pressures that can affect the senior management team in a growing business.  Throughout his career he has been involved in supporting, mentoring and developing the talent of people with whom he worked.

With Shirlaws, he operates across a range of industry areas, but specialises in working with clients to restructure roles and responsibilities within a business.  This involves working with management teams to separate strategic, operational and administrative roles within the organisation and then helping to implement the revised structure throughout the company - to achieve a functionally balanced business that is positioned to increase growth profitably.

David has an MBA (Strategy and Marketing) from Cass Business School, London.
