Grant joined Shirlaws in 2007.  He is a senior coach in the Shirlaws New Zealand business, an accomplished facilitator, business coach and an engaging keynote speaker.

After a starting his career in sales with fast moving consumer goods he lived and worked overseas in the UK and Australia for six years. Grant has sought to understand the best in facilitating business behavioural change and sustainable results and how to develop himself as a powerful influencer and change agent.

His experience is grounded in four years of London-based work, at the UK's most successful corporate coaching company specialising in increasing corporate performance, through personal development. He has worked with large and medium-sized businesses at all levels. Some of the clients Grant has worked with include The Royal Bank of Scotland, Vodafone UK plc, The National Australia Bank, Air New Zealand and Telecom New Zealand. His most recent business experience prior to joining Shirlaws was as a General Manager responsible for a successful business turnaround.

Grant's coaching style is energised and enthusiastic, catalysing a focused and engaged atmosphere.  One of his distinguishing features is a ready willingness to support his clients in asking and answering questions which cut to the heart of any situation.

He has a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Auckland University. Grant is most interested in spirituality, natural health and trying to stay one step ahead of his partner's six and 4-year-old girls.
