Paul Crane

Paul joined Shirlaws in 2000. He has a passion for creating a space for businesses and their owners to grow both commercially and culturally, as well as mentoring other coaches.

Over the course of Paul's career he has coached and facilitated companies such as Oracle Asia Pacific, NAB and The Colorado Group. He works with businesses from a range of industries such as Accounting, Legal, Architectural, Horticultural, Real Estate, Construction and Development to help them achieve the vision for their business.

Professionally he holds an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland and a Diploma of business management as well as the practical experience gained from his diverse background in operating a Coaching Business, a Health Retreat and a Landscaping business in the late 80s.

Paul lives on the North Coast of NSW with his wife and three children. When not coaching he is either playing or coaching hockey, surfing or spending time with family.
