Phil joined Shirlaws in 2007 after a highly successful career in the sales and delivery of Professional Services.  He has always gained a real buzz from seeing his staff, friends and clients growing and succeeding following his help, support and coaching. His move into Business Coaching takes advantage of, and adds to his past experience of helping his clients improve their businesses and personal lives.

Phil spent nearly 20 years in IBM focused on ERP/MRP solutions and implementation. He built and ran IBM's SAP Consulting Group, then moved to Ernst & Young Management Consultancy, again to run their SAP practice, and then on to PA Consulting group. He went on to set up his own company focussed on how to make money from ERP/IT solutions and then decided to join Shirlaws to add the cultural change necessary for the sustainable change required.

Married with two grown up children, Phil lives in and maintains an old farmhouse, plays golf and does the odd bit of offshore sailing.
