Lucy Czakan
Lucy Czakan joined Shirlaws in November 2007. Her inspiration is to coach her clients to re vitalise their businesses so that less is more. Her particular interest is around culture and vision, positioning and revenue growth.
Lucy uses her business experience to coach clients across a broad range of industries within the Thames Valley area.
She has previously run her own coaching business within the UK and held marketing and innovation roles within Unilever, RHM and ICI.
Lucy lives with her husband and two young children in Buckinghamshire. She enjoys the balance she gets from spending time with her family and combining that with a professional career.
