Wayne Condon
Wayne joined Shirlaws Corporate Coaching Australia in 2007, and has since been appointed as chairman. His experience at board and senior management level coupled with his passion for multi layered businesses helps him to assist clients with the strategic thinking, communication and practical implementation techniques critical for success in today's business environment.
As a young mechanical engineer he found his passion for selling quite early, joined the Colonial group in insurance & wealth management in his early 20's and enjoyed five wonderfully successful years in the field before moving into sales management. Colonial franchised the business and Wayne took the managing partnership to the top two in Australia consistently over the next five years. He was the inaugural chair of the franchise trust with Colonial Bank.
Wayne's banking franchises in Queensland were purchased by the Commonwealth Bank (CBA) which led to Wayne joining the CBA as the GM of retail banking for Western Australia & South Australia. After moving back to the East Coast with the CBA as the head of retail banking in the Sydney region, Wayne went on to join Elders to lead their Finance and distribution business. Today he counts Elders amongst his many valued clients.
Wayne holds a Masters of Business Coaching Degree from the Sydney Business School and the University of Wollongong and combines his academic qualifications with 25 years of business and leadership experience to enhance to growth and effectiveness of individuals and their organisations.
Donna, Wayne and their three boys live on the northern beaches in Sydney. Rugby in the winter; surfing, sailing and camping in the summer keep the family busy. They combine their rural interest in cattle, horses and eco tourism with the love of music and laughter of the beaches.
