Rowan Andrews
Working with CEOs, boards and senior management, Rowan and his team are passionate about helping people embrace change in their business and develop and implement strategies to achieve rapid sustainable and profitable growth by
- helping clients develop and leverage a team culture and structure
- helping clients build long term b2b and b2c relationships,
- reducing customer acquisition costs,
- building loyal customer bases, and
- improving sales performance.
Rowan began his career in Government and corporate communications before joining one of the UK's top PR agencies. There he built and led a team servicing corporate clients in the financial services, technology, publishing and retail sectors.
In 1999, Rowan left to establish his own company - in sports PR - helping corporates build brand equity through sport and serviced brands like Nationwide, BT and npower. In 2007 he brought that business experience to Shirlaws Business Coaching, and he now leads a team of Shirlaws coaches based in London and the Thames Valley.
"Shirlaws develops world-leading business-building products and IP that makes business decisions faster and easier. As Shirlaws coaches we undertake extensive continuing professional development and training in that IP," Rowan says.
"We bring the benefit of that - alongside our years of coaching and personal business experience - to businesses across the UK and abroad."
Rowan now splits his time between working with clients in London and working closer to home in Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley. He lives with his wife and two children on the edge of the Cotswolds and loves spending time with them enjoying the countryside. He also enjoys running, cycling and sailing.
