Kristina Katayama comes with more than 10 years of performance-driven management experience, bringing real-world perspective and credibility to her coaching. With the combination of her ability to think strategically and systematically, she effectively links the big picture vision to the practical details of implementation management.

Kristina developed and led businesses that served North American and international markets. She has played key roles in organizational change initiatives, expansion of operations and market reach, developing and delivering training programs, designing and implementing business processes and systems, and coaching sales teams to top performance and award winning levels.

Ms. Katayama has led organizations to candid dialogue and more meaningful contribution from all levels that improved business efficiency and results. She recognizes the value of human capital and leverages both the commercial and cultural aspects of business for effective and energizing results. 

Corporations served include: General Motors Europe, Boeing, AT&T Wireless, as well as several small and mid-sized companies.

Kristina holds a Bilingual MBA in International Business Management, from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain; and a BA in International Relations from Western Washington University, with a dual minor in German and business.
