The road Les Hercules has travelled through sport, corporate life, business ownership and coaching has given him great empathy for the challenges faced by his clients every day. His long-term depth of experience and his immersion in coaching methodologies employed by Think Feel Know and its fellow businesses empower him to spark positive change to the individuals and organizations he's working with.

Les's clients' reports that he brings them vision, focus, energy and clarity -- as well as great balance between commercial and cultural results. He challenges strategic thinking and impacts operational effectiveness in organizations.

He is one of the founders of Shirlaws, the original business developed in 1999 which has grown to be a multi-strand group of companies currently operating in six countries. He is an equity partner of Navitas Ltd, the owner of Think Feel Know and Shirlaws group of companies.

As global chairman of Think Feel Know, Les carries rich experience in his saddlebags. He has worked in corporate life in the financial services sector and in the Australian Karate Federation as both a key organizer and a competitive sportsman.

Wherever he operates, whether with boards of directors, CEO's/MD's, management teams, owner/managers or individuals in any walk of life - and when spending time with his wife and daughters -- for Les it is always about ‘getting to the heart of the matter'.

He started his career in financial services, worked as a Senior Executive with GE and grew his own boutique IFA business in Australia prior to joining the Group.

Les hold an Economics Degree from Sydney University and is also qualified as a Certified Financial Planner.

He is married with 2 daughters.
