Les loves to integrate commercial and cultural aspects in businesses to get uplift in asset, profit and people. His approach to coaching and mentoring is to focus and shift energy with Boards, Senior Management, CEO's, Chairs and Managing Partners. This enables them to have a clear vision, strategy, and get full value in the implementation of projects through transferring skills to people.

Australian by birth, Les is a founding partner and Global Director of the business and has relocated with his family to the UK. He started his career in financial services, worked as a Senior Executive with GE and grew his own boutique IFA business in Australia prior to joining Shirlaws.

Les Hercules holds an Economics Degree from Sydney University and is also qualified as a Certified Financial Planner.
