Ben joined Shirlaws Corporate Coaching in mid 2009.  Ben is a coach specialising in business improvement who is passionate about supporting people to achieve fantastic results. His objective is to hit the sweet spot of maximum shareholder value, high staff engagement, and customer delight.

With 20 years experience in large and small business, in Australia and overseas, in the telecoms and utility sectors, he brings a wealth of experience to Shirlaws Corporate. Having managed multi-million dollar P&Ls, achieved significant sales, and held pan-company accountability, he fully understands business fundamentals and pressure of delivering this week's numbers. He holds an honours degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and achieved an MBA with distinction from a top European Business School.

Ben once received a party bag from the Queen after helping her celebrate her birthday at Buckingham Palace in London. He is married with 2 daughters and enjoys kayaking and patrolling between the flags on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
