Kevin joined Shirlaws in July 2009. Prior to this Kevin held a variety of senior management, directorship and coaching / mentoring roles to other Financial Advisers during his 12+ years in Financial Services, most recently as General Manager - Human Risk Management for the Australian Consolidated Insurance Group of Companies.

Before moving into financial services, Kevin held General Management, National Sales Management and Category Management roles over a 10 year span with Online Distribution Ltd, a specialty distributor to corporate retailers in New Zealand. During this time he transformed this company from a small regional player to being the dominate national leader with over two-thirds market share.

Kevin has a passion for growing business and the professionalism of those within it. His understanding of the critical importance for getting the right balance between cultural and commercial drivers in a business, combined with his lateral thinking approach and wealth of knowledge in financial services and distribution management, plus his many years of mentoring / coaching others make him well sought after by clients in such industries.

Happily married with three very active children, Kevin's spare time is largely spent coaching and supporting his children's numerous sporting codes.
