Martin Williams

Martin joined Shirlaws early in 2006. He has worked with clients on projects including Positioning, Distribution, Sales and Functionality. Martin is also very involved in forming Distribution Relationships with a variety of professional businesses in the Peterborough area.

Prior to joining Shirlaws, Martin spent 10 years as a coach and consultant to a wide variety of mid-tier businesses. In addition, he has consulted to many larger organisations including major banks, food and clothing retailers and healthcare providers. His experience ranges from new start up businesses to large multinationals.

Martin has held senior management positions in sales and marketing and as a CEO. His experience as an MD includes multinationals, plcs and start ups. As past managing director of the UK Division of the world's largest direct selling company, he grew turnover from £12m to £80m in just four years.

Martin is also a fully trained counsellor with over 25 years' experience in people development and business management.
