Adrian joined Shirlaws UK in November 2003 and in 2008 relocated to the US office to take up the role of Chairman. He coaches clients across succession, cultural, strategic, revenue and productivity growth issues.

Adrian also heads the USA's Professional Services sector focusing on the specific challenges within both traditional Professional Services of Accountancy and Law as well as the newer service firms in the areas of Interim Services, IT, Management Consulting, Marketing and PR. Adrian uses his business experience to coach clients across a broad range of issues from Partner succession, Partner alignment, talent retention, positioning in the marketplace, referral channels, practice efficiency and profitability.

Adrian also works with Clients in the Financial Services, Dealer, Brokerage and Software industries.

He has served as a CEO and Director of various coaching/consulting businesses within the UK and has held commercial and management roles within the Chemical, Oil and Gas and Retail sectors.

Adrian is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA), a member of the Institute of Directors and Institute of Export.
