Randi joined Shirlaws in 2009, following 25 years of business experience. She built and sold a financial consulting practice and is a part owner of a real estate investment company; giving her an understanding of the many stages and intricacies found within every business. She has worked in education and non-profit organizations in the areas of advancement, marketing, board development, and strategic planning, where she has helped organizations reach their goals with clearly articulated vision and sound business practices.
Randi has been a Bay Area resident for 30 years. Her passions include being outdoors, travel, art, literature, film and golf. After earning degrees in Art and Psychology the obvious next move was to pursue business. The greatest return on investment has been her family. This she knows-relationships are of the highest value and continuous learning is the key.
