Prior to joining Shirlaws, Roxanne spent the last 25 years in Information Technology working in diverse corporate industry sectors including aerospace, forest products, manufacturing, retail, government, and health insurance. Her tenacity and leadership capabilities are the culmination of a variety of roles from systems architecture and engineering, strategic planning, project management, governance, teaching, sales, business development and independent consulting.

Throughout her career, she has been both a consumer and supplier of IT goods and services resulting in blended expertise to seamlessly connect diverse business organizations and provide scalable solutions. She values integrity and total customer experience to successfully build as well as sustain strategic business, customer and supplier relationships.

To balance, Roxanne loves to spend time with her family and friends participating in a variety of interests such as skiing, concerts, theater, traveling, camping, exercising and running events ranging from 5k's to ½ marathons.
