Nick Medd

Nick is a qualified business coach with over 20 years' experience in Investment Banking.

He has managed UK, European and Global debt finance businesses. He has both built and managed successful teams and overseen the integration of new teams following acquisition. Nick's focus has been on developing internal and external relationships and delivering high performance in multi-cultural teams.

He has deep sector knowledge in banking and financial markets (N.B. debt capital markets) and has managed advisory relationships with clients in most major sectors including insurance, consumer and retail, utilities, telco and metals and mining.

From 1985 to 1994 at Sanwa Bank and Hambros Bank and from 1994 to 2007 at HSBC he held senior positions in Investment Banking. With a robust business track record, Nick is strong at creating clarity around the context of coaching. His style is pragmatic, practical and results-driven.
