Paul Griffith
Paul joined Shirlaws as a business coach in 2006. He has a track record of helping growth-orientated businesses focus and expand.
He has run his own small and mid-sized businesses and has held management and consulting positions in the corporate world at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) and Unilever. Paul enjoys working across a variety of industry sectors and has in-depth experience of Professional Service firms.
Paul has helped clients in a range of firms to define their expansion strategies and put them into action. He has particular expertise in capacity planning; improving sales and distribution; planning new market entry; analysing revenue generation and profitability; designing initiatives to improve client relationship management; using CRM technology to support marketing; and working with teams and individuals to achieve their practice development goals. Paul also has experience of defining management roles, and recruiting to fill those roles.
