Tom McGuire
Tom has been coaching Shirlaws clients in Scotland since 2004. He loves to help business owners, boards and senior management teams create shifts in business value, profit and people. He has 15 years' experience at board level as a director, executive and coach. He has served on the board of a mid-tier family owned business and at a senior level at ICI Paints, a blue-chip international company.
He is a member of the Institute of Directors and holds an engineering degree and an MBA from Strathclyde Graduate Business School.
Tom is passionate about the great outdoors! He is an avid scuba diver and is an active marine conservation volunteer.
