Debs joined Shirlaws in May 2007 as an Implementation business coach.  She coaches businesses in a variety of industries including Finance (Mortgage Brokers), Corporate, Engineering and Construction, Import/Distribution, Health and Fitness.  Her particular skills include efficiency management, organisational structure, procedural development, website integration and distribution (referral marketing).

Debs has extensive experience in the Australian finance industry, specifically in sales and marketing.  During her career she has worked with both Corporates and SMEs in a number of key senior roles such as National Operations Manager (RAMS Home Loans) and Business Development Manager (Macquarie Mortgages).

Debs' vision is to help people in business to create the space which enables them to make effective decisions.  This will allow them to live their dreams by consciously working to balance both business and personal goals.

Professionally, Debs holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Majors in Marketing and Forestry) from Lincoln University, Christchurch, NZ.

In her spare time she loves to spend time outdoors.  She is a member Surf Life Saving Club and also plays tennis, golf and touch rugby with friends.
