Denis Ryan

Denis joined Shirlaws in January 2002 and coaches businesses in a variety of industries including transport, earthmoving, wine storage, information technology, accountancy, financial planning, public relations, real estate, manufacturing and oil & gas.

With an extensive background in the financial services sector, Denis has held General Manager/CEO roles in banking, fund management, financial planning, portfolio management, trustee companies and stock broking.

Denis has proven leadership skills with a strategic, conceptual approach to business management. Strategic facilitation is a particular passion. With excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills Denis is able to work closely with companies in creating their future.

In his spare time, Denis is also the Board Chairman of Foodbank WA and a Director of Foodbank Australia. He is passionate about motor bikes, and it is not unusual to see him turning up to his clients with leather jacket on, a quick change, then into coaching mode.
