Gail joined Shirlaws in 2005.  She focuses on both Executive and Business Coaching for small, medium and corporate businesses across a range of industries.  Gail is particularly interested in the development of leaders and high performance teams and in the cultural transformation of organisations.

Gail has over 20 years' experience working with corporations and financial institutions.  Prior to joining Shirlaws, she has worked as an Information Technology/Systems consultant with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in Sydney and London, as a Management Consultant with McKinsey and Company in Washington, DC and New York, as an Investment Banker with Credit Suisse First Boston, Citigroup and JPMorgan in Sydney, and as the Chief Operating Officer (Business Manager) for JPMorgan's Australian Equities Division. 

Gail has a MBA majoring in Finance from Columbia Business School, Columbia University, a BSc from the University of Sydney and extensive training as a business coach.

Gail believes in consciously balancing her personal life and her career and in helping her clients to achieve a work and play balance that resonates for them.  She has a passion for music and dancing, which are her creative outlets.  She also loves to travel, cook and spend time at the beach.
