Jennifer brings boundless energy and clear perspective to her coaching, consulting and training.  Leading custom coaching programs for top-level executives and their teams, Jennifer's expertise helps her clients leverage their strengths, overcome obstacles and experience unprecedented growth.

Prior to joining Shirlaws, Jennifer co-founded Life Strategies Group, a business coaching and consulting firm delivering big-picture perspective to small business owners.  An entrepreneur, she has started three companies and spent twelve years as a college professor in Political Economics.  She also worked in the California State Senate working in legislation and media.

As part of her commitment to community, Jennifer is an active speaker to women's and high school age ministry programs. She has been featured on public television for her dynamic teaching and leadership skills. She draws on a broad range of personal experiences - high school Christian youth director, NCAA athlete, wife and mother of three beautiful daughters.
