Session 1 - How to make better business decisions
Our lives are governed by the decisions we make in both a personal and business perspective. In business our ability to make quality management decisions affects not only the commercial prosperity of the business but also its cultural sanity. We will introduce you to a framework for problem solving which will enable you to develop the skills to get to the ‘heart' of the problems ie. what is this content really about?
Our clients who have implemented this approach tell us that they have:
- higher performing teams
- reduced risks - peace of mind
- clarity on what they are trying to achieve in business
- understanding why things are showing up in the business

Session 2 - Effective communication
Communication sits at the heart of every organisation and every relationship. Strong positive relationships create benefits for both parties, both commercially and culturally. We will introduce you to a framework to understand individuals preferred style of communication. Practical uses of communication styles which aid personal communication and the understanding of others.
Our clients report the following benefits of implementing this framework:
- greater team efficiency
- higher billings and client conversion
- reduced staff turnover
- increased employee engagement

2pm - 3.30pm
Session 3 - Building equity and asset value of your practice
Many business owners state that they want to sell their company at some point, few have a way of maximising the value they have in the business. The valuation conversation occurs when clients are concerned about the following types of issues:
- "I want to exit and sell my business so I can retire but I don't know how to do this."
- "What's my business worth today?"
- "I have staff who want to be a partner and I don't know what to do or how much to charge them."
With changes to the Legal Services Act now making the possibility of increased M&A activity this session will introduce a way to build value into your business and to understand when is the right time to dispose of a business.
