Master of Business Coaching Program

The Master of Business Coaching has been developed jointly by the University of Wollongong's Graduate School of Business and Shirlaws, who have collaborated to optimise their respective strengths of research and business coaching expertise.

The course is designed for managers and other senior staff who would like to develop their coaching skills and gain a formal qualification. The program will run part time at the University of Wollongong Sydney Business School over two years and will consist of eight subjects including:

    - Introduction to business coaching

    - Applied coaching skills

    - Leadership and people management

    - Business coaching strategy and planning

    - Innovation, improvement and change management

    - Business coaching research paper

In addition, student must successfully complete two elective subjects in line with their own portfolio of skills and career plans.

The next intake will be in 2009.
