Graduate Certificate and Master of Business Coaching Program
The Master of Business Coaching (MBC) has been designed to appeal to a broad range of people interested in business coaching including: those already working as business coaches without formal qualifications, internal business coaches working within companies, those working as individual or executive coaches who wish to strengthen their business understanding, consultants or counsellors who wish to develop their coaching skills, people undertaking a change of career and, managers who wish to develop coaching skills as part of their management approach.
The course focus is to apply coaching methodologies to business studies, covering content such as strategy, change management and people management, and techniques such as collaborative working and facilitation.
Entry Requirement
Applicants must have a Bachelor degree of three (3) years full-time (or part-time equivalent) duration. International students must also meet the University's English Language requirements.
Course Requirement
Candidates are required to complete six (6) core subjects plus two (2) electives (total 48cp).

Graduate Certificate of Business Coaching and Master of Business Coaching information evening
The Graduate Certificate of Business Coaching at Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong, is a one-year interactive graduate level program blending coaching theory and coaching skills development in a business context. The course is suitable both for managers and for internal/external coaches.
To complete the Master of Business Coaching, students in their second year undertake a business coaching research project and further develop their coaching skills in relation to the development and application of strategy, fostering innovation, and change management.
The unique aspect of this course is the focus on coaching in a business context. The delivery mode is in 2 day workshops (Friday/Saturday) enabling students from around Australia to attend.
