Shirlaws Corporate
Following the success of the mid-tier business we launched Shirlaws Corporate Coaching in 2007 to support large-scale projects with mid- and large-cap companies.
Born out of research in fund management Shirlaws uses proprietary frameworks and innovative design coupled with a proven track record, partnership principles and a scalable business model to help our clients sustain business growth whilst maximising revenue.
How we help organisations?
Creating organisational effectivness is one of the most powerful ways to help a business develop its people and improve its bottom-line performance. Our approach is collaborative, interactive and entirely based on the client's agenda and at their own pace.
At Shirlaws we don't tell clients what to do. The client stays in control of the project. We help businesses set and achieve their own measurable goals, we transfer skills and knowledge and empower clients to apply those learnings to bring long-lasting benefits. We price by the project, so clients can choose the level and specific area of coaching most relevant to their business which means you are in control over your budget.
At Shirlaws we have a global and national team structure, which means clients benefit from access to a specialist in every area of business growth. Our coaches have all walked the same path as business leaders, having been successful business owners and key managers in their own right.
